Seven rewarding and exciting beauty programs provide numerous career options.
Cosmetology
Cosmetology is our most comprehensive course where you'll learn the latest hair trends and techniques, manicuring and pedicuring including nail art, and skin care.
Barbering is the "it" thing right now as more men focus on grooming. Your focus will be clipper cuts, razor styling, facial grooming, and facial shaves.
Esthetics is the fasted growing segment of the beauty industry as professionals with expertise in facials, hair removal, makeup and skin care find careers at spas and medical offices and selling beauty products.
Esthetics and Manicuring are combined into the only Combination course in the State of Montana. You learn the complete curriculum of both courses and it leads to getting two licenses.
Barbering for Cosmetologists (Barber 150) is for those licensed cosmos who want to take advantage of the boom in men's grooming. You'll focus on clipper cuts, grooming of facial hair, and straight razor shaving.
Microdermabrasion is available as an endorsement to your cosmetology license and is focused on improving skin appearance, mitigating fine lines, early sun damage, and mild acne scaring. You'll learn to use the latest technology.
You'll gain the know-how and hands-on training necessary to succeed in the beauty industry.
You'll learn both the fundamentals and advanced techniques and master
everything from haircutting, hair styling, and hair coloring to marketing and business skills.

We offer visitors a chance to observe the school's most interesting class for that day, such as coloring, foils, or learning a new cut on a mannequin. You'll meet our educators and students and watch them in action. You can even shadow a student! A Career Planning Specialist will meet with you to help prepare you for enrollment.

Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund Reporting
Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students
Bold Beauty Academy has signed and returned to the Department of Education the Certification and Agreement that we have used 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
Bold has received $75,692 from the Department of Education pursuant to our Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.
Bold distributed $75,692 of Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act on August 5th, 2020.
Bold determined 67 students were eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
67 students received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
Bold determined that any student who was enrolled on March 14th, 2020 in a Title IV Eligible Program, and who would exceed the 180-day maximum leave duration but re-enroll prior to June 2nd, 2020, was eligible for a disbursement of $1,129.73.
Bold provided to students a description of the examples of permitted uses provided by the Department of Education. The specific language was as follows: "Examples of eligible expenses include those in your cost of attendance budget such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child-care. You acknowledge that none of Bold Beauty Academy, it's employees, or advisors, has directed you to spend the funds other than as recommended in this Agreement. You acknowledge that none of Bold Beauty Academy, it's employees, or advisors, has directed you to apply your Relief Funds to any outstanding Account Balance, if any, at Bold Beauty Academy."
